Dr. Satya Prakash Yadav

Dr. Satya Prakash Yadav is a renowned Pediatric Hematologist and Oncologist with over three decades of experience in treating complex blood disorders and childhood cancers.

He has performed more than 400 bone marrow transplants, including 50 unrelated donor/cord blood transplants and 50 haploidentical transplants, marking significant milestones in pediatric hematology in India.

Dr. Yadav obtained his MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences, Delhi, and completed his DCH from MAMC and DNB (Pediatrics) from Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

He further pursued a fellowship in Pediatric Hematology at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Sydney, Australia, where he trained under global experts in pediatric oncology and BMT.

His core expertise lies in pediatric leukemia, sickle cell disease, thalassemia, and solid tumors, with a focus on comprehensive, compassionate care.

He is affiliated with prestigious medical associations such as ASH, ASCO, and SIOP, reflecting his commitment to international standards in pediatric oncology.

Dr. Yadav has held key academic and leadership positions in top Indian institutions, bringing clinical excellence and innovation to pediatric cancer care.

He is also recognized for his work in clinical research, immunotherapy, and BMT protocols, consistently improving survival and recovery outcomes.

As the Director of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology & BMT at Medanta, he continues to lead one of the most advanced pediatric hematology programs in India.
